    Standard Delivery

    Our goal is to ship your order within two business days from the time you place it. Most standard orders will arrive within 5 business days from receipt of your order. Back ordered Items may take up to an additional 10-14 business days. At our discretion, your order may ship via one of the following common carriers: FedEx, UPS or USPS. Our standard shipping/handling rates are based on the total cost of the order as follows:

    Time Critical Orders

    Should it be necessary that you receive your order guaranteed the next business day, or in two business days, you may order online and select the correct Shipping Method during check-out: Next Day Air or Second Day Air. You may also place your rush order via phone by calling: 1-800-647-2117 Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm CST. Doing so will confirm stock availability and shipment departure time. Generally, all rush orders received by 12:00 pm CST will ship out the same day (Monday thru Friday only). Our expedited shipping/handling rates are based on the total cost of the order as follows:

    International Shipments:

    Shipping/handling rates are based on the actual shipping charges and not on the cost of the total order. We ship international orders via International Priority Mail and International First Class. Generally, delivery time is between 7-15 business days. Rates are determined by weight and destination.   • Return Policy for our Direct Customers

    Our returns policy is as follows:
    • Please make returns within 30 days of invoice date.
    • Returns should be received in excellent condition with no markings.
    • Please include a copy of the original invoice.
    • Please package your return in protected packaging and/or cardboard.
    • Invoices paid with credit card will receive a refund on the same credit card.
    • CDs that have been opened or Preview Packs with an opened CD are not returnable.
    • All shipping charges (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.
    • No authorization is required for your return, but including the above information ensures an accurate and speedy credit of your return.
